The 300T Wireless Load Test Bag Load Cell is a heavy-duty, high-capacity tension load cell engineered for accurate monitoring of extreme proof loads. It is specifically suited to large-scale load testing using water-filled load test bags, providing operators with reliable, real-time confirmation of the load being applied.

Load measurements are transmitted wirelessly to the included handheld display, allowing the operator to monitor the test from a safe working position outside the immediate lifting area. The wireless system removes the need for long signal cables, simplifying the test arrangement and reducing equipment within the exclusion zone.

Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, the 300T load cell is designed for demanding offshore, marine, mining, port, shipyard and heavy industrial applications. The load cell weighs approximately 242 kg and features a rugged IP67-rated enclosure for reliable operation in harsh working environments.

Wireless Handheld Display

The included wireless handheld display provides clear, real-time readings throughout the proof load test. It can receive and process signals from up to seven wireless load cells simultaneously, making it suitable for individual load test bag installations as well as complex, multi-point load-testing arrangements.
