Up to 3 files · 10 MB per file · 30 MB total.
Pictures: up to 20 megapixels and 12,000 pixels on either side.

Not accepted: password-protected files, older Word/Excel formats (.doc, .xls), macro-enabled files (.docm, .xlsm), ZIP folders or programs.

How to prepare your documents

Save older Word and Excel files as .docx or .xlsx. Remove macros, embedded objects and external links or data connections. PDFs must be plain documents without fillable forms, scripts or attached files. If needed, export a plain PDF; changing a filename extension does not convert the file.

Every file must pass our security checks before our team can download it. Files that cannot be checked are rejected. Pictures are processed to remove extra file information.
